Vantio opens Support on vantio.ai with a docs-backed help assistant

Help on vantio.ai now has a front door. Support sits in the header. The page has a help assistant that answers from our public docs, a message path to a person, and the same product story you will find on the rest of the site.

Support in the header

vantio.ai/support is a first-class page. You can ask a short question, send a note to hello@, sales@, or security@, or open a portal ticket if you already have an invite. The product, pricing, and company menus stay where they were. Support is now easy to find next to them.

What the assistant can and cannot do

The help assistant reads our public documentation and answers in ordinary language. We keep the conversation so we can help you and see what people are asking for. A person reads anything that needs a decision. There is no round-the-clock human SLA today. We do not use these chats to train public foundation models.

The dedicated assistant lives on the Support page. A Help assistant control can also open it on other public pages. It is our own assistant on vantio.ai, not a third-party live-chat widget.

Product pages say the same thing

The homepage, Optics, Gate, Phantom Engine, and Enterprise pages now carry the same four-plane story in fuller sentences. Optics helps you see supported agent traffic. Gate applies the rules you set. Phantom Engine protects Linux hosts you enroll. Enterprise adds proof and process on top. Prices stay where they are: Optics is free, Gate is $499 per month, Phantom Engine is $799 per node per month, and Enterprise is talk to sales.
