Who we are
Vantio AI, Inc. is a Delaware C Corporation. “Vantio” is our operating brand. We build the governance platform for AI agent egress: Optics, Gate, and patent-pending Phantom Engine.
Where we started
The premise was to secure wildly insecure open agent runtimes — OpenClaw among them. Solving that forced a general architecture: observe, enforce, then Absolute Control. Vantio outgrew a single runtime and became the governance layer for autonomous systems.
Markets we serve
All of them. Product companies, internal platforms, and AI agent marketplaces. We highlight healthcare, financial services, and legal because if the control model can satisfy those bars, it can satisfy governance needs in any other industry.
Compliance intent
Built to help organizations map controls to regimes such as HIPAA, MiFID II, ISO/IEC 27001, and SOC 2-oriented evidence practices — without limiting Vantio to those verticals. We do not currently hold those certifications; customers pursue them with Vantio in their stack.
Our position
Absolute Control exists so builders can stop babysitting egress and return to building, deploying, and maintaining. Governance should clear the path — not become another standing program that stalls delivery.
How we operate
We run Vantio on our own infrastructure to enable and secure fully autonomous agents. The architecture we sell is the architecture we depend on.
Blind by design
Prompts and completions are never captured. There is no settings toggle and no code path. Assurance without expanding your data-retention footprint — material for privacy and healthcare programs alike.
Not a proxy
Control is applied where agents already run — in-process and, for Enterprise, at Ring-0 — without inserting a mandatory network hop.
Honest residual risk
App-layer controls can be skipped. We document that residual, then close it with Bypass Reconciliation when Enterprise Absolute Control is required.
