Capability is not the same as authority
A capable agent can write, call tools, move money, and reach other systems. Authority is the permission to do those things without a bound you chose. Vantio is the infrastructure control layer that keeps those two ideas apart. Humans set the direction. Agents do the work. You keep the keys.

Optics observes supported agent traffic. It shows where that traffic connects. It does not store prompts or completions, and it does not block.
Gate is not a current SKU. Enforce is a technical plane inside Phantom Engine. Phantom Engine applies customer-defined destination, sensitive-data, and spending policies on supported application paths. Enforcement records identify which rule was applied and why.

Formal certifications remain a separate program. None are held today. Framework status lives on vantio.ai/compliance. Phantom Engine covers Linux you enroll. It is not a promise that every machine, everywhere, is already under Vantio.
