Chatbots fail in public. Production agents fail in paths — wrong hosts, sensitive tools, and wrappers that stop recording while the process keeps running.
A chatbot that answers poorly is embarrassing. An agent that reaches the wrong host, retries a sensitive tool, or keeps running after an app wrapper is disabled is a control failure.
