Mission Control is the suite view where Optics, Gate, and Phantom Engine show up side by side: OBSERVED on Observe; ALLOWED / BLOCKED / REDACTED on Enforce; ALLOWED / BLOCKED on Lock down.
Builders can start in the IDE with Optics MCP (observe only). Production truth shows up in Mission Control — real agent traffic, gaps named, continuous assurance so the boardroom story matches the wire.
